My name is Robin
My apprenticeship started at five years of age, working for my family's native plant nursery and landscaping business on the Tasman Peninsula. Plants, stone and soil have been my trade for as long as I can remember.
My love for stone work led me to help create some of Tasmania's favourite walking tracks as a contractor — the Three Capes Track, Shipstern Bluff track and the Wineglass Bay track to name a few. If you've walked them, you've walked on the kind of stonework I bring to gardens.
I've also worked for Parks and Wildlife as a ranger, caring for the landscapes this island is famous for. Most recently I spent over three years in large commercial construction, working on multimillion-dollar projects to gain the building knowledge I wanted before starting out on my own.
Cloudscapes is the result: one person who can design your landscape, build it properly, and plant it with species that will thrive — with knowledge passed down through generations.
